We process account and workspace details, prompts, uploaded source material, generated text and images, saved documents, usage records and billing status needed to provide and secure the service.

We use information to authenticate users, generate and store requested content, provide support, enforce plan limits and improve reliability. We do not sell your prompts or generated content.

Prompts or source material may be sent to selected AI, storage and infrastructure providers when required to complete a request. They receive only the information needed to deliver that feature and are governed by their own processing terms.

We retain workspace data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate security, legal and operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
